Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not integrate any tracking or analytics services. Fonts are served locally from this server; external font services are not called.
Event registration (Brevo)
When you request a seat via the form on this website, we process the data you provide (first and last name, business email address, company or organization, and the option that best describes you), as well as your IP address and the time of registration.
Purpose & legal basis: We use this data to process your request, to review and confirm participation in the Munich Robotics Roundtable and to send you information about this event. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the handling of your registration request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use this data for newsletters or other marketing.
Processor Brevo: Registrations are stored and event emails are sent via the Brevo service (operated by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Brevo processes the data as a processor on our behalf on servers within the EU. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place; it forms part of Brevo’s terms of use. Performance measurement: Brevo can record whether and when emails sent are opened and links they contain are clicked. We use this analysis to improve our communication.
Storage duration & withdrawal: We store your data until the purpose no longer applies or you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to mstark@raivolt.ai or via the unsubscribe link in every email. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
